The perfect appetizer to enjoy before your meal! Hot mozzarella sticks and our own very special marinara sauce. Marinara derives from the Italian word for sailor, marinaro. Many people say that marinara sauce must contain something from the sea, usually anchovies. Actually this is NOT the case, the origins of marinara sauce are that it is the sauce that they made in Naples for the sailors when they returned from the sea.

I've been to Italy a couple times and had my fair share of NY and Chicago-style pizzas. I'm not sure what the origins of this pizza is but it's amazing. Ordered late night, Right before they closed. They delivered in a flash and the pizza was BOMB! My friend called it in so the toppings were Tomato, basil and pepperoni and the pizza was super thin crust. I loved how crunchy it was. Not a big thin crust fan, but it was good. I was dismayed when they closed the original Barone's in Sherman Oaks - my favrorite piza place. Guess what - the new Barone's is just 5 blocks from my house. I love their pepperoni with bell pepper. Easily the best pizza in San Fernando Valley. Just opened up near my home and I must say it's very good. Love the crispy thin crust and the square pizza makes it more enjoyable.
Prompt and friendly service. This place is our new pizzeria.
